Is an unborn child a person? Of course.
Which is why we MUST abolish abortion in this country NOW.
America's founders clearly stated in the Declaration of Independence that the equal protection of the God-given, unalienable right to life of every person is the primary reason for the existence of government.
And, the ultimate purpose of our Constitution is to "secure the Blessings of Liberty to Posterity."
Two of the Amendments to that precious document spell out unmistakably what is required of every officer of government, at every level, and in every branch:
"No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law."
"No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
The equal protection of every innocent person within the United States is NOT optional. IT IS IMPERATIVE.
That's why We the People DEMAND that ALL officers of government, in EVERY branch, and at EVERY level, keep their oath to defend the unalienable, God-given right to life of EVERY innocent person, FROM CREATION UNTIL NATURAL DEATH.
The practices of abortion and euthanasia should not exist in a republic whose form of government, and law, and claim to liberty is premised on the foundation of the equal protection of unalienable, God-given natural individual rights.
If our elected representatives, and the officers of government they appoint, will not keep their sacred oaths of office to protect the God-given rights of all the people, we intend to replace them with those who will.
“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution..."
-- Article VI, the United States Constitution
"...so, help me God."
-- George Washington, upon the completion of the taking of the oath of office which is required by our Constitution
